Nothing disappears. When the trial ends your workspace becomes read-only — your data stays exactly where it is, and Lavaa simply stops generating and writing new work until you continue with us. There's no auto-charge, because there's no card on file.
A seat is one gift officer with an active Lavaa login. Shared service accounts and read-only viewers don't count. Each active seat is $90 per month, or $72 per month with annual billing.
Raiser's Edge stays your system of record. Lavaa reads from it to keep your workspace current and never makes changes on its own — a write-back happens only when you explicitly approve it in the Inbox, and every action is logged to a full audit trail.
