Is a credit card required?
No. The 14-day trial needs no card, and there's nothing to cancel — without a card on file, nothing is ever charged automatically.
What happens after 14 days?
Your workspace becomes read-only. Your data stays exactly where it is, and Lavaa stops generating and writing new work until you continue with us — talk to us and we'll set a founding-customer plan together.
Is my Raiser's Edge data safe?
Yes. Lavaa reads connected records to keep your workspace current and writes back only after your explicit approval. Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and every AI output is logged to an audit trail — see the Security section for details.
